If the NSNDP was able to organize a large protest they also would have been able to organize an election victory.
When we said the NSNDP aren’t great on urbanism issues we apparently meant they weren’t ever.

Let's also not forget the NSNDP kept the CAP in place in 2010 which is a huge factor in driving up rental costs today as renters are being forced to subsidize low density suburban and rural communities.

I think I know what they’re trying to say but I am begging the NSNDP to chase down some of that Mamdani YIMBY energy.
Well-off owners in my neighbourhood who kill apartments are a bigger threat to housing than “luxury condos” or w/e.

Protecting renters from price hikes, closing the fixed-term lease loop hole, and focusing on building non-market housing that people can actually afford to buy should be a no-brainer for this government. Making sure people have housing people can actually afford is essential for keeping them here.
