Don’t know Chris Drury.
But I’d suggest using waivers as end-around to NTCs for players is going to make fewer players want to sign with Rangers as long as Drury is in charge.
Just a hunch.

The first MGS release 28 years ago!
There was a special PAL version that came with a demo of the original Silent Hill.
This demo included the original „grey children“ that where cut from the game in all other markets except for NTCS US regions.

Moneyball isn't perfect... but it gets one point across:
If you have a disadvantage (like WPG with NTCs, UFAs, etc), then you have to operate differently elsewhere otherwise what separates you and other teams is exclusively that disadvantage.

This is not football.
They can't break up the team. So many NTCs, guys who have 10-5 rights, etc.
If they *do* persuade everyone to accept trades, they will not be this talented again for a decade. At least.
I don't think being stupid about this is helpful.

I'm still happy I managed to get all the platinums in this game. If you're wondering why I'm on NTCS-J, it was so I could play a version where the secret level times load correctly.
Also I ran into a bug where I was able to do the second cortex fight when I was still missing one gem

The odds of us moving any of those first 3 without eating a significant portion of their contracts is close to zero, plus Adames and Chappy have NTCs.

No-trade and no-movement clauses have become an unexpected topic of conversation in the NHL this summer. A few high-profile trade demands have drawn attention to the fact that the NHL is chock-full of such clauses in a way that other professional sports leagues just aren’t. It’s an issue that many now believe will be addressed…

From Elliotte Friedman on 32T...
He says he doesn’t believe Fitz is in trouble right now. Also says he believes the #NJDevils have had a couple of deals vetoed (he doesn’t know who) due to NTCs.
Kevin Weekes also reported Palat & Hamilton have come up in trade talks. They have NTCs and NMCs...
