As expected given its large deletions there, the BA.3.2 NTD (S:14-304) has been extensively restructured. The five NTD loops (N1-N5) are a major antibody target. Longer NTD loops stabilize spike, so the BA.3.2 deletions are undoubtedly destabilizing. 14/
