Jen, is there a way I can be rid of this from NTPs? Weather is On, but this overrides it & it's redundant and unneeded. 151 and it's STILL persisting. Edge Feedback is useless.

When 1st Copilot Mode in IBs I didn't like it. Well, still don't. Not all it's cracked up to be. I have dropped it. Happily, back with MY NTPs and ability to customise, again 😃 Now, sticking to Edge Copilot sidebar and Copilot Store app. A good team. What's making a great difference is Smart Mode.

For example, my lab makes single use aliquots of 10x T4 DNA ligase buffer (from NEB) of about 10-20 uL each. Just thaw once then throw out. Similarly, we make single use aliquots of dNTPs and NTPs (usually 10 uL each).

yeah I’d put that with “don’t vortex your enzymes!” as a thing people believe very strongly but for unclear reasons. Can lose phosphates or deaminate for sure but not in the timeframes and temperatures people use in the lab; don’t store NTPs in an oven or at pH 4 otherwise don’t worry about it
