The #OzarkTrail follows the #ElevenPoint National Wild and Scenic River #NWSR here. It's de facto #wilderness.

This is the only place where I have encountered a river otter on a trail. It skedaddled too fast for a photo.

If you're #hiking, #LewisRiver Channel is a ten-mile loop with #Dogshead Trail.

Morning of Day 4 started with this ford of the #SnakeRiver in #Yellowstone. The water was too high for boots+gaiters but easy in sandals. The water was also warming that the ambient air.

It's only a mile from the trailhead, but you must ford the Snake.
