Good question; here's what I know. As an Assembly member, Z co-sponsored the #NYPublicBanking Act. In late 2024, I spoke with him as a mayoral candidate (and in late 2025, I spoke w/ someone in his political team )about public banking, but it wasn't on their horizon. Hopefully we can change that. 🙏
