Another form of coyness: people are reluctant to say “that’s bad”. Implicit bias training is IMO a very bad way to improve workplace diversity, nameblind CVs and actually paying for good executive search are good.

Coyness: you see this with saying “DEI hiring intiatives”, which can mean basically anything from “nameblind CVs”, “following best practice on interviews” to *gestures rudely at how the BBC handles on-air interviews journalistic diversity*.
