The Feral Land Project and city staff described a mosaic fuels treatment approach pairing fuels reduction with native revegetation and stewardship, and said a full Sierra Nevada Conservancy application is due Nov. 2 for a potential 300–350 acre city-land project pending verification; council offered support to continue developing the application.
