Walked into the river up to my knees. i forgot to bring spare boxers so I could swim (but then wouldn't have been able to get my sweaty binder back on). In woods for afternoon for staff meeting for pagan festival August long weekend.

Neighbors asked why I put a dead log in my front garden a few years ago.

Part of it was that I couldn't get to the woods during lockdown.

But also so I could see the progression of decay and growth (and enrich the soil over time)
