Hmmm, I'm not familiar with Apple Maps at all. Looks like aerial imagery to me, so likley Vexcel, Hexagon (the company, not KH-9 :D ), Nearmap, etc.
Based on activity around SLC-6, and assuming the rest of Vandy is imagery from the same day, it appears to be from around April or May 2024.
