The Training and Development Committee voted July 13 to refer a Land Bank list of condemned properties — including 525 Patton Street and 774 Chestnut Street — to the full Nelsonville council for consideration of demolition funded by Land Bank grants. The committee also discussed code updates and an alley vacation request.
