Osmanlı döneminde yemeğin tadına tuzuna bakmak için ağza alınan lokmaya "nemek-çeş" deniyormuş. "Nemek" Farsçada tuz anlamına geliyor. Tabi ki bu tabir küçük, dönem eliti bir çevrede kullanılıyor çünkü "tuz" eski Türkçede de "tuz" olarak geçiyor, Dîvânu Lugâti't-Türk'te de.

Cassian chooses the good vibes option of doing something risky (taking the injured Nemek to a doctor), and in Star Wars, that should lead to Nemek surviving, because the force runs on vibes.

I loe that every time we see Andor he's not the guy. He's just a dude in the background doing the work that needs doing. He's not a philosopher, that's Nemek, he's not a mastermind, that's Luthien, and he's not a leader, that's Kino. He's the critical cog history forgets.

Apámmal már órák óta szenvedtünk a hasogatással, mikor megállt, törölt egyet a homlokán, majd megszólalt:

- Miért?
- MERT CSINÁLJA A KURVA ANYJA, AZ!
Aznapra abbahagytuk.

i genuinely resent people who go, "finally, andor is a star wars show without the force or the jedi" when Luthen, the most obvious ex-Jedi in the fucking universe is rubbing his big fat hairy Jedi ass in our faces repeatedly when, no, the reason why the force isn't in Andor is cause Nemek dies
Luthen gambles his life for the revolution. And, ultimately, gets what he paid for with Nemik. But Nemik will eventually be part of that spontaneous rebellion we'll see later. Because people are more than their utility and we don't always know how our actions will affect others.
