had to write the new website post in Notepad++, because Neocities built in HTML editor doesn't play nice with Supermium 144 and Windows XP... mostly because the cursor is a pain and is heavily mis-aligned. But editing the website on a computer like this was my original vision back in 2022.

Interesting, does that same sort of thing apply if you're using a host like neocities without a custom domain? Or maybe to rephrase, does that apply only for if you're registering a domain name?

Since that is the case, I shall also let my article simmer for a bit. Normally I work on the Neocities editor directly but I should first work on it in my Obsidian vault and not rush with it.

I think I might have to come to terms that there will be no exchange blog, atleast through Neocities.
There's a lot of things to keep in mind like this needs to be managable from a small phone, quick editing, etc.

Thinking about how moderation on large-scale networks always runs into the same problems - impossible for human teams to keep up, yet algorithmic moderation has biases + is trained through horribly exploiting humans + fundamentally Can’t Tell What’s Going On.
