Another possibility is that fable is much better than humans at developing task-specific ontologies / semantic neologisms
Broke: Fable talks like a smart person.

Woke: Smart people talk clearly.

Bespoke: Fable navigates towards confusing turns of phrase as a means of conditioning the latent space in order to produce good output.

sorry i’ve just completely lost patience with all the handwringing about wokeness and DEI. stop hiding behind these 21st century neologisms and just have the courage of your convictions. say you’re a segregationist. say you think the civil rights act was a mistake. go ahead!

Neologisms stand an extremely good chance of completely sucking, but yassification is a champ, and it may be my favorite one since regift.

In news unrelated to my rampant neologisms, I'm done with another chapter of the WIP. Progress!
Me, writing: "...took her body and puppeted it, making her say those words..."

Autocorrect: Did you mean "...took her body and pupated it..."?

Me: I did not.

The dictionaries appear to not think "puppet" can be a verb, and enh, sounds like a second-draft problem to me.

anyone who has used ChatGPT o3 -- which is probably the most bizarre thing sold for money on the Internet -- will be familiar with this weird, loose paraphrasia full of clanging and hyphenated neologisms

"Gretacene". Doctorow's neologisms are undefeated.
As Solnit writes, Trump's stupid war follows on the heels of another unforgivable and cruel blunder: Putin's quagmire in Ukraine, which catapulted Europe into the Gretacene, with a wholesale, continent-wide shift away from fossil fuels to renewables and the devices they power.

Bloody le Carré frame: no weird neologisms. (He loved weird neologisms, but obviously did not write them.)

Wonderful paper reframing autistic neologisms (inventing new words) as linguatype (an autistic way of speaking) rather than a deficit onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1... (with thanks to the ever-excellent @pkwalkersharpe.bsky.social for flagging it up!)
An Autistic “Linguatype”? Neologisms, New Words, and New Insights

"Zionists used Biblical Hebrew and created neologisms where necessary" does not mean "Hebrew is a fake language."

Klingon is a conlang.

Hebrew is a natural language that got supplanted by Aramaic during the Babylonian Exile, and then was reintroduced as a spoken language.

Hebrew isn't Klingon
