This flagship initiative focuses on addressing capability shortfalls and enabling systemic change to help nonprofits build stronger digital resilience. The insights generated through this work also equip the Global Humanitarian ISAC to advance coordinated action on critical cybersecurity challenges across the sector. With 30+ years of IT and consulting experience across global industries, Daniela has dedicated the last decade to empowering NGOs to use technology for human, social, and environmental good. Nino Hares is NetHope’s Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) and a veteran cybersecurity leader with more than 20 years of experience across NGOs and the private sector. He specializes in building resilient security strategies, protecting sensitive data, and navigating the evolving threat landscape. Nino has strengthened the digital security posture of major nonprofits and global companies alike, earning recognition as a trusted advisor committed to continuous learning and advancing cybersecurity best practices.
