We really must mentor the mentors. 'Autonomous' is not enough. Capra and Orr and the Center of @Ecoliteracy could be invited to collaborate with Wales now. Ground breaking for Future Generations. #WFGAct #NetworkEdChat @sophiehowe @wgcs_education Please consider seriously.

For us - implementing Outdoor Play and Learning OPAL. Significant drop in incidents in unstructured times over each term. Which means less impact on learning time to sort things out. Can see an increase in confidence in their own abilities to solve problems too. #NetworkEdChat

Out of interest and with growing systemic momentum here in Wales, including statutory additions to our curriculum… where are schools in England with their journey towards becoming Anti-Racist organisations? eg decolonising curriculum, systematic professional learning, learner voice #NetworkEdchat
