Went to order more NeuPro patches, which I've been on a few years for my RLS, and what was $90 for a 90-day supply three months ago (old insurance) is now $350 (new insurance). Both through CVS Care Mark, but I don't know if it's the insurance switch, the tariffs, or both.

Did some searching this morning in my plan to add some info here about treatments only to learn the treatment I'm on (a dopamine agonist) is no longer recommended! Thankfully my annual neuro appointment happens to be this Monday.

Did some intense digging after reading this and learned that the med I'm on for PLMD (Neupro, a dopamine agonist) is now considered the wrong Tx (can cause augmentation syndrome, and indeed I was about to ask for the dose to be raised). Lyrica & Gabapentin both already failed

I was started on 2 Pramipexole aka Mirapexin a night but was up to 10 by the end. It wasn't working, so I was put on the Neupro 3mg (24h) patch. The Gabapentin is for that and pain I have.
