At its June 9 meeting the State of Nevada Board of Examiners approved a temporary $50 million transfer to the Abandoned Property Trust Account, recommended contingency allocations totaling $3,495,956 for behavioral-health and contractor shortfalls, and voted to approve multiple leases, 89 contracts and 42 master service agreements.

At its Oct. 14 meeting the State of Nevada Board of Examiners approved minutes, vehicle purchases, 56 contracts, five master service agreements, two leases, and administrative manual changes affecting federal grant draws; informational reports on fund balances and the DMV Complete Streets program were presented.

The State Board of Examiners approved two tort claim settlements: $160,000 for Vanessa Lozano and $4,600,000 for Annette Walker, administrator for the estate of Christian Walker, both on Oct. 14, 2025.
