The Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASIS) released its first opioid settlement fund report for 2025, reporting joint content with DOH on how settlement dollars were spent through fiscal year 2025 and noting an annual reporting cadence with a board report due Nov. 1.

OASIS staff said 37 of 63 direct-share reports tied to opioid settlement direct-share dollars have been received; the agency is coordinating with the attorney general's office and providing technical assistance to encourage remaining submissions.
