The board approved two Green Resiliency Grant projects: a $2.5M detention-pond project in Hastings-on-Hudson to capture about 640,000 gallons and reduce flooding for nearby neighborhoods, and an Ogdensburg downtown stormwater project that will install bioretention and tree pits to treat and store roughly 300–350,000 gallons.
