More buoyant, I would think, because salt water has a CRAZY effect on your ability to sink and swim, and assuming that they even can surface (niads at that point, I think), they have to be a LOT more so.

It's functionally impossible to 'drown' in salt water for humans (scuba divers wear weights)

My take about #Niad #Telemachus is that he has gills on his rib area, but he can only breathe in fresh water as niads are fresh #waternymphs and that's why it makes sense that #Poseidon had to save him when he almost drowned as a child,because his gills aren't built for sea

Niads, DON'T GET CLOSE TO THEM, the sweet smile is nothing more than a front for something else

Creatures like her like to mimic other magicals and fae alike, but you can see the poor stitching around their jaw
