The fact that forza won best racing is the most discouraging shit in the god damn world. To me, it's literally watching one of my favorite genres of game die horribly and not taken seriously anymore. Being a racing game fan in modern year is just absolutely nightmaric

This was later confirmed that yes, Nightmaric does have a connection to the Phantom ruby but how hes connected is up to speculation.

So for a bit of context this was based off sunrose 's phantom frenzy sequel concepts that never got greenlit. A part of that was Nightmaric taking the main villain role after Dr. Golden was purified in RC.
