L'opposition à la loi Duplomb est-elle fondée à 100% sur des arguments rationnels ? Peut-être pas. Elle correspond à une sensation profonde que l'industrie agro-alimentaire nous empoisonne... Laquelle industrie répond « ouais mais faut penser au profit ». Ce qui n'est absolument pas rassurant.

À ce titre, un truc qui m'a marqué c'est ya pas si longtemps les industriels et leurs relais expliquaient que l'interdiction des nitrites dans le jambon était impossible notamment pour des raisons sanitaires.
