#ThursdayMotivation Have finished the self directed #7day #NoCarChallenge in the time I have been not using the car for work/shopping/leisure etc I have completed 48.6 km which was 64005 steps. Definitley feeling the benefit so will have to figure out a way of continuing while working out of town😇

Doing Day 2 of #7day #nocarchallenge where will only try to use #publictransport or #walking where possible. I walked to work and shopping etc yesterday did 10.3 km according to #Samsung #Smartwatch used the #DiscoverSuffolk app to share route to work yesterday which put in one of my posts 👍
