The tax he wants is a stupid 1 time tax that lets most of the mega rich completely off the hook.
We need to tax the rich (all the rich, not just billionaires) every single year going forward.

His idea is a 1 TIME tax on only billionaires. Ignores the multi millionaires and since it is only 1 time lets them skate after that. IT IS A TERRIBLE method and doesn't get the rich paying their fair share. #NoOn40
