TSX-V-listed Aton Resources has closed its previously announced nonbrokered private placement of about 7.62-million shares at a price of C$0.53 apiece to Xinhai Mining Services for total gross proceeds of C$4-million. The proceeds of the placement will be applied to further exploration and development activities at Aton’s Hamama project, in Egypt, general and administrative expenses.
