Have you read Rupert Spira (nondual teacher) books - nondual does not look reality from the mind but from the "one reality" point of view - it changes everything.

It’s clear this seems counterintuitive to idealized experience, but there isn’t a cosmos out there or ID in here. No independent view from no where to confirm an expanding universe out there. Generally, “essence” (T. ngo bo) simply means the natural state of your [nondual] awareness — uncontrived and uncorrupted wakefulness. From primordial beginning until now this wakefulness remains as an empty cognizance that is not made out of anything whatsoever.
