The British press is ghastly, but to their credit even the worst of the worst are happy to more or less put a photo of the most notable British names in the Epstein files with a big arrow saying "Prince Nonce" or "Lord Noncemate" pointing at them.

As Labourites have decided to double down on "hypnotits" I think it's completely justified to start referring to Starmer as "noncemate" over the Jimmy Saville stuff. Despite what they seem to think, they aren't the only ones able to hit below the belt.
