#Nonnative
such a shame that I can't use this sentence in my assignment:

"To this is evidenced adults’ poor discrimination of nonnative speech contrasts"

Do coyotes thrive in cities more than in the wild?
Like foxes, raccoons (nonnative) or pigeons are here in Germany, coyotes are "culture followers" in the USA. It´s very comfy to eat leftover foods from UNLOCKED trash containers.

This was mostly inspired by the fact that the honeysuckles that is quickly recognizable back in KY is an invasive species! (Lonicera japonica one specifically)

Mirroring the negative themes of a rose's thorns to its beautiful petals, the honeysuckle is an "aggressive grower" to its honey-like smell
Japanese Honeysuckle
Japanese honeysuckle is a climbing or sprawling, semi-evergreen woody vine that often retains its leaves into winter. It is a nonnative, invasive, aggressive colonizer that shades out native plants an...

Native wildlife not cows. Cows are a nonnative invasive species and highly destructive to the environment. Cows kill.

I think I’m optimistic bc I’ve done it before. Regardless, learning a second/third… language is so important bc it teaches you how to deal with these emotions, and also understand what ppl go thru when they have to LIVE in their nonnative language

I always imagine these godforsaken nonnative vines shrieking in agony as they are pulled from the earth. Made the wisteria clean out in Durham very satisfying.

These snails are nonnative, but damn, are they fancy. Look at that shell!

That's me, "nonnative Saltlover" 😂
Four years ago today 🌿

Halogeton glomeratus, the nonnative Saltlover, blooming near Pueblo. As its name says it doesn't mind salt-poisoned soils. Just about the last plant to start blooming in Colorado.

Where are the native plants?
Gardeners find displays of mostly nonnative annuals in full bloom. Each tray is not too expensive, but they fade in a couple of months need to be replaced. This may be a good business model, but it’s not sustainable. greengardeningmatters.blogspot.com/2023/10/why-...

If you clear cut a section of forest so you can lay a bunch of nonnative sod and plant a bunch of flowers and bushes NOT MEANT FOR THIS CLIMATE ZONE THAT WILL ALL DIE IN A FEW MONTHS

Climate change and overheating dry the soil and clump it together, which can kill anything you plant if things can't get through. You also dont' gotta pay an arm and a leg to do it; my parents do it themselves for their native plants (she doesn't plant nonnative species)

Good afternoon. Ditch pretty: nonnative, invasive 🌱 Chinese Bush Clover, Sericea Lespedeza (Lespedeza cuneata)
mdc.mo.gov/discover-nat... at Pomme de Terre Lake. It's illegal to sell this in Missouri. Lots of it at the lake. I do some invasive removal but you'd need an army for this.
