Eight days of the year left to finish up Shining Hearts and Binary Domain if I want to beat my 25 games for 2025 backlog list. Not sure I'll make it this year. Got distracted by too many other fun games. Also, Shining Hearts is a bit shit, which doesn't help. :'D Let's see.

7. Nostalgia / Nostalgeo no Kaze (DS, 26h:19m:05s, 11th Jan)
Someone else here described this as a "perfectly cromulent" RPG, and yeah, it's that. Not great, but enjoyable for the 25 hours or so it lasts if you have any fondness for 16-bit RPG trappings, and you could do a lot worse.

Tijdens de verkenning van Nostalgeo ontdekte die persoon ook de Ferrariskaart, een indrukwekkend gedetailleerde kaart uit de 18e eeuw die we ook in Nostalgeo geïntegreerd hebben.
Onlangs bezocht iemand Nostalgeo voor het eerst, een "prachtige tool" om oude foto's te bekijken in combinatie met het huidige straatbeeld. (Een fascinerend gegeven, dat ze bij Woestijnvis ook opgenomen hebben in de nieuwe #manbijthond).

Getting towards the end of 2024 now, so in line with a tradition I began two years ago where I picked out 23 unfinished games from my shelf to play through in 2023, I've picked out 25 backlogged games to beat in 2025. Some proper bangers, some not so good, and quite a few weird little guys. <3
