Add piece by piece and check as you go. It much easier to troubleshoot a single formula rather than a massive formula and you don't know what's not working. It might take a little longer, but I find it much easier than building everything at once. Again, i'm #NotADev

As #NotADev I struggle to write complex formulas in #CanvasApps so I start one function at a time. X * Y works, so move onto Lookup(Products, Name=drpProduct.selectedText, Cost), then (X*Y) /Lookup(Products, Name=drpPdt.selectedText, Cost), and build out from there.

Dropdown is filtered by a text box #CanvasApp but when resetting the text box, the dropdown breaks. Thought Reset(TextBox) might not be the best option. Couldn't find anything else. Checked default property for text input, blank, added "", fixed it. #NotADev #PowerPlatform

When building formulas in #CanvasApps remember, colours are your friend. Fields are given colours in the formula bar and the fields are also highlighted in the canvas, meaning you can spot where you've put the wrong field in the formula...like me. #NotADev #PowerApps
