I'm not a vegan, but I am suffering with this ongoing egg shortage. I ventured into the world of scrambled tofu this morning, and was pleasantly surprised. Tofu also has more protein, fewer calories, and less cholesterol than eggs. I might just be a convert! #eggshortage #tofuscramble #notavegan

The cooking procress has nothing to do with vegan cuisine. There are no traditions that need to be maintained, where things need to be cooked or prepared in a special way. Vegan cuisine is, specifically, about which ingredents you use. NOT how you use them.

Yes I would eat this photo or not. Animals are kept on farms as resources not as pets. The process of getting our meat can be uncomfortable if you overthink it but I enjoy some meat twice or thrice a week. #notavegan
