This is correct, Poilievre already stated he would use the #notwithstandingclause across the board, to remove or fire people, to kill government agencies, and programs and with our justice system, this is dangerous and would lead Canada down the wrong path.
When Poilievre announces his intention to use the notwithstanding clause to get around due process he is telling everyone that he intends to govern as an authoritarian and that should scare the hell out of everybody. See Trump, Orban and others to understand what that means.
