Sadiq Khan has indicated the technology will be deployed on London’s Oxford Street despite human rights concerns
The Metropolitan police are understood to be planning to use live facial recognition (LFR) technology on Britain’s busiest shopping street.

If you follow the train, you'll see that Notafan is saying that Marshall's concern would depend on who dies. Given Marshall's support for ICE, RFK, Jr., & everything Trump does, that seems clear. I don't understand why you're attacking him for pointing out what an absolute ass Marshall is.
