You need to know that #TomHanks did a movie in the 80s with #JackieGleason, and #TheThomsonTwins sang the theme song. I'm still not sure why.
#NothingInCommon. That's also the movie title.

Still very confused about how my husband came from his family. #NothingInCommon

#NothingInCommon: Life throws curve ball at rising ad exec when his parents separate and his father's health starts failing.

I like this. Some (not all) father/son aspects may be cliche, but they aren't mawkish. Hanks/Gleason (the latter in his final role) play well together.

And whew Sela Ward.

My right-wing conservative Republican cousin, an entitled (racist) little brat with an MBA from expensive Northwestern University in Evanston, IL once told me there was NO such thing as global warming b/c..."just look out the window... we're having a blizzard."

Yes, that happened.

#NothingInCommon

All these attractive women on BlueSky that follow me… as if I don’t see through that.
No posts, odd profiles and lotsa reposts, no original thought.

Bot she’s cute! 🤣

I am blocking them and the eejits that follow them. Here’s a sample.
Why would THAT seriously follow ME?? #nothingincommon 🤣🤣

I watched #NothingInCommon with #TomHanks and #JackieGleason, a wildly uneven dramedy. Or did I? It literally falls apart into two almost completely separate films that never really merge together, at any point. Needed a looot more editing. Still, I liked the acting some of the scenes.
7/10.
