1. Just to be clear, the KIDS Act contains #KOSA
2. KOSA has a rider that nullifies state AI regulations & puts a moratorium on future ones, which is not only bad in itself but also means this alleged "child safety" legislation SHIELDS AI NUDIFIER APPS - the same ones used on kids' & teens' pictures

The weird part is her husband Marc Randazza is defending a nudifier app developer in the SF City Attorney's lawsuit against a bunch of nudifier apps. Gotta be some interesting dining room table discussions in that household.

Chatbots and image generators are not part of the ban. Nudifier apps/websites are already geoblocked in Australia though.
Does A.I count as social media?
Like, especially in the case of a social media ban for under-16s, would that include A.I?
Given that it's basically trained on all of social media, including the edgy self-harm chats, apparently, being *only* able to talk to the unreliable computer seems... worse?

Chatbots and image generators are not part of the ban. Nudifier apps/websites are already geoblocked in Australia though.
For the record I’m a pervert mods enjoyer. If a game I’m using has a well written player character nudifier there’s like a 1 in 3 chance I’m using it

What about threats to distribute images? Nudifier tools? Training the tools on intimate images scraped from the internet without consent (including child sexual abuse material)? What of the integration of these tools w/n popular social media apps? (looking at you Grok...)
