Residents asked the Board of Commissioners detailed questions about a proposed Kingsland redevelopment, including who the developer’s technical team is, possible inaudible sound impacts, flood/stormwater risks and an estimate that the facility could add up to 1,000,000 gallons of water use. Officials said no application has been filed and described the planning review process.
