「red shift」

#oc:kalliope | #oc:gene | #gpose | #cosmicwaltz
Kalliope and Gene posed together in a dark void. Kalliope (au ra, she/her) stands in the foreground, back to the viewer. Her stance is tense, arms close to her sides, one fist balled while the other nervously grabs at the cloth of her skirt. Gene, (elezen, he/him) bathed in a bright red light, stands in the background, front turned towards Kalliope. He drags his middle finger over her exposed back, almost as if inspecting her scales. With his left hand, he lovingly strokes her upper arm, providing her with a false comfort. Wide, glowing eyes glare directly at the viewer as if to taunt them. A circular border overlays the image, encasing the two. The bottom portion shows circles shaded in different areas, and an eight-sided star occupies the center where the circles end.

「unending, a beam of light」

#oc:gene | #gpose
Gpose of my OC, Gene (elezen, he/him) sitting nude on a stone wall in a pose based off the painting Lucifer by artist Franz von Stuck. The imagine is primarily in black and with the exception of a golden yellow halo around Gene's head and a golden yellow beam shooting towards the top of the image originating over Kalliope's eye that sits on the wall next to him. He's leaning forward, head propped up by his left hand. His right arm sticks out to the side, hand balled into a fist against the stone. His features are shrouded, though the glowing of his eyes stands out in the dark. A pair of black wings can be faintly seen behind him, one tucked underneath his arm and the other tilted to the side, mainly obscured by the stars that overlay the entire image.

a vertical, half gpose of gene in black and white. he's smiling but there's something off about it, corners pulled further back than normal and lids lowered. vertical gpose of gene shrouded in darkness with the exception of his glowing eye and a small sliver of light down the center of the image. other than the smallest portion of his mouth and outlife of chin, no facial features can be seen.

Gpose of my oc, Gene, (elezen, he/him) standing in front of a chalkboard in a classroom. His face is passionately angry, one hand holding a cigarette and pointing at the board, the other hand gesturing rigidly in front of him. A dramatic light casts a shadow on him as well and the board behind.

Gpose featuring my OCs, Kalliope (au ra, she/her) and Gene (elezen, he/him). Kalli stares at the viewer, eyes wide and pleading while Gene stands next to her, mouth opened wide and salivating at the chance to consume her eye. A snake skin pattern can be seen in the background while a white silhouette of the two outlines them. The image is mainly monochrome with the exception of a single spotlight highlighting Kalliope's ancient eye and Gene's hungry mouth in full color.

#oc:kalliope | #oc:gene | #gpose
A gpose consisting of two panels featuring my OCs, Kalliope (au ra, she/her) and Gene (elezen, he/him). The pair stand in the middle of a set of stairs, Gene demanding Kalli's attention as he looms over her, hand cupping her face while his thumb rests on her lips. The text reads "- Smile." On the bottom, closer focus on Kalli's widened gaze as she begins to look up at Gene though her full attention remains elsewhere; tears threaten to spill over her bottom lids as they well up. Only the lower half of Gene's face can be seen, the edge of his lips curling into a slight smile. Text reads "- Everyone will be sad if the sun doesn't shine."

Verse, my Elezen oc, is on her knees in a blackened void as a back drop. Her hands are obediently in her lap, for she is not allowed to touch. Verse's head is looking up, partially forced by Gene's hand around her neck, who stands out of frame. A halo is adorned around her head as she stares up at the off camera Gene, giving him a toothy smile.

The setting is that of a home, or some sort of gallery. The walls are decorated with picture frames, but the main focus is the one at the center. Inside looks to be a nearly biblical sort of scene; Kalliope and Gene are seen seemingly surrounded by others in what looks to be a private marriage ceremony. Gene is his usual stand-offish self while Kalliope seems surprisingly serene. (image in frame is credit to kay herself). However, the image is tainted with blood smeared across Kalliope, thanks to Verse as she walks by, spreading the mess with her own hand. Her look of pain is mostly hidden by shadow, the blood perhaps her own as she is forced to accept the scene, yet she is also dressed in formal wear draped in Dzemael colors. Regardless, Verse is an unwilling participant.

Verse, my Elezen oc, is seen on the bottom of the picture on her knees, clutching her head in despair and pain. Behind her, Gene looms as a larger figure. His hand is hovering over Verse, reaching as if he's about to grab her as his hand is bathed in red. Gene's expression is that of smugness, a wide toothy grin and piercing eyes; he knows exactly the pain he causes her.

#oc:kalliope | #oc:gene | #gpose
Gene dangles Kalliope over a ledge, the only thing keeping her from falling is his embrace. On the left side of the image, only their legs can be seen; Gene keeps one foot planted on the ledge while he puts his other foot forward as if to walk straight to the depths of Ishgard with Kalli in tow. Kalli's legs are pressed together, limp, toes curled in fear. On the right, a fuller image showing Gene kissing Kalliope's closed lips. His tongue attempts to slip inside her mouth but she denies the intrusion. Her gaze falls to the side, somewhere distant while her fist is balled in anger. Tears form at the inner corners of her eyes, a single stream flowing down her face. A persistent red fog fills the backdrop, indicating that this very well may be a dream.

Gpose of two elezen men smoking. Gene's hand is around Valerian's throat, while Val's hand sits below Gene's chin; a single claw punctures his flesh as he tilts his head upwards, drawing blood that drips down the side of his nail. The two have lit cigarettes in their mouths, Val's clenched in between his teeth and Gene's snug in between his pursed lips. The lit ends touch, forming a combined plume of smoke.
