one thing they have in common is developing theory through praxis that suited the material conditions they were in. you cant just adapt mao or öcalon or whoever directly and typically they point that out

(character shown goes by he/him pronouns)

also i wanted to show alon then and now lawl. i used to draw really snatched waists when i didnt bother with learning anatomy for real back then it was. devastating 😭

#art #OCalon
an old sketch page of alon short shaggy hair and a notably large fluffy snow leopard tail. on the left is a larger sketch with him loosely holding a spear with one hand and holding the other up to help a bird land on his hand. on the right is a full body chibi that has his arm akimbo as the other holds a spear blade down. end id. a more recent sketch of alon, he is noticably fatter and is wearing a sort of light chiton as he wades in the ocean, smiling at someone off screen. he also retains his snow leopard features.

Actually, in my heart of hearts, Alon is more leaning into transmasc that doesnt bother with the medical stuff

and mostly bc me drawing him fat w/ boobs makes me feel validated actually. since he's a fantasy guy he can take whatever form he wants/i want him to have at the moment

Alon is a shapeshifter, is genderfluid/no specific gender/nonbinary, just uses he/him, adores that his husband uses the term wife for him.

He has many forms. Iterations of himself being fat, the most favorite; others are just muscular, a literal dragon, and whatever other mix.

Tried a thing with #procreate . Still a trial but its super neat I thinks? I still need to figure out how to color on procreate like I do in csp

anyway he <3

#OCalon #ocart #art #glaze
A half body colored piece of kasarian's OC, Alon, a fat trans man. He is smiling at something off camera as four lanterns glow a light blue with the power of the moon instead of your typical flames. His left hand has sharp nails, curling around the lanterns closest to him. Each lantern has some sort of wave patterns on them, and the large ones have a moon insignia on them. The art is glazed to protect it from any AI scalpers. This piece is the same as the previous piece, but glowing a yellow-orange to give the piece a warmer tone. This piece is glazed as well.
