I'm just saying that Roach getting kidnapped from medical school and then doing a Sheherazade except via cooking and poison is a perfect prompt for #ofmdroachweek

A few days late...
#ofmdroachweek
“Swede?” Archie asked. “Swede-Swede? Jackie’s husband Swede? “Si,” Jim said, half-exasperated, half-laughing (they always seemed to get this way when she and Jim had been working long hours). “You didn’t know?” Archie got up from her desk and went over to the windows that looked out over Mission Control. Roach had blasted off at dawn on a routine mission, delivering supplies to the Moon station (including a few gifts; tonight was Christmas Eve), and only in the past few minutes had everyone finally begun to disperse, and think about breakfast. Swede was by himself down there; Archie had just come on shift officially, and was due to relieve him at the Comms desk on the hour. “Swede? Swede is Finnish?”
