#ORGTOBER Day 16: Spent FAR too long adding people in suits to The Wrath Of The Seas by Ivan Aivazovsky. Still, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, and it fulfills the #morktober "Ship" requirement.
ORGTOBER Day 16: COMMUTE, MOST DREADFUL. Simply a classical painting and a group of colleagues hating their journey to work. Why was it dreadful? 1 shipwreck 2 typhoon 3 got mugged 4 sixteen hours on horseback 5 stabbing 6 it matters not, for you can never return Spent far too long adding people in suits to The Wrath Of The Seas by Ivan Aivazovsky. THE FILING CABINET OF DISAPPOINTMENT It looks empty. The burnished metal resonates as hollow when you tap it... But is it? Every time you dare to hope, just long enough to open those decrepit drawers, all you find yourself faced with is a weary despondency d12 things you find: 1 Piece of fluff 2 Pen lid (broken) 3 Tissue (used) 4 Fungal Toenail 5 A hair (curly) 6 Mysterious faeces 7 Entire box of bent staples. 8 Postage stamp (expired) 9 Missing digit (d2: 1 toe 2 finger) 10 Soul remnant (screams, constantly) 11 Massive, terrifying sword d10 (broken) 12 A document that looks, initially, like the exact one you need. But it definitely isn't that one.

Nearly done... Instead of the form of the ORGTOBER DAY EIGHTEEN I've been using, I'm "painting" one to fit the style.

I like that signatures on these sorts of paintings are often a bit incongruously ugly and slapdash, so I went for that too.

THE OFFICE STANDARD Whether it's battles in the boardroom, or conflict in the canteen, you need to know what you are fighting for. Each workplace faction has a flag, and any standard-bearer would rather die than let their banner fall in enemy hands. If PCs choose to join a faction and raise their standard during battle: all faction members gain +1 to attack rolls whilst the standard is held high. If the banner is captured, faction members get -1 to defence rolls. If the standard is destroyed, all faction members get a permanent -1 to Presence. ORGTOBER day SIX: The FOG OF WORK The Memo simply said "Fog" on it. When cast, the fog fills a cubicle sized space, with this effect: 1. Truth mist, makes anyone inhaling it uncomfortably honest. 2. Speeds up work pace by D4 times. 3. Burns off your clothes. 4. Slowly inflates everyone like a balloon. 5. Smells like unicorns. 6. Causes inappropriate hallucinations involving your boss.

And yet... on those days when you really really hate your job, to an existential level? Well, sure, you might give it a harder squeeze than normal. Maybe poke it with a pen? Or rip its head off and set it on fire? Surely that's not going to cause any problems? Right? Believe in your heart, and hurt the toy. Test Presence DR12 to see what happens: Pass: your boss takes the matching damage. Fail? The mirror is flipped; you take the damage.

Senior management insist on releasing this thing into the office every month to "ensure the company is on track". When that happens, you spend all your effort dealing with it, and absolutely none on actual work. Performance Target HP 12 Morale - No suit Teeth d12 Special Forecast When a PC is fleeing this creature, DR10 Presence or it anticipates their movements, and acts first next round. If this creature is not slain by month end, it will return with an additional d8 HP to encourage employees to work harder. If it is slain, then it will still return with an additional d8 HP to encourage employees to keep up the good work.
