La objeción de conciencia solo puede valer para quien accedió a una plaza antes de la ley del aborto. Todos los demás saben lo que hay y han elegido el trabajo y especialidad. La ley del aborto es de 2010 (con cambios menores desde entonces) son 15 años de funcionarios que no deberían poder objetar.
Objeción de conciencia tiene que haber sí o sí en cualquier trabajo. Lo que tendría que haber son cursos y charlas a los médicos de por qué el aborto es necesario y qué pasaría si las mujeres no pudieran abortar.

Me imagino de dónde viene ese número está comparando total de turistas que visitan Barcelona en un año con su población. Sin duda Barcelona recibe demasiado turismo, pero el dato no implica que un día cualquiera en Barcelona haya 10 veces más turistas que paisanos.
