Yesturday I became a Doctur in Mishigan and even though its a honerary duhgree I think it shows Ontario childrens how you can get a duhgree without any OSAP if you just ahhply yourself and take an OPP jet to the states and get an impordent award like I did to be a doctur.

In 2019, Premier Ford substantially cut OSAP grants and axed the interest-free six-month grace period before graduates had to repay OSAP loans. He's again limiting grants as well as vastly increasing loans — a recipe for massive student debt, to begin being repaid immediately post-graduation.

So it turns out OSAP is actually a pretty efficient system and only about 0.3% of money given out per year (out of $2 billion in total!) is wrongly allocated.
