In light of this frivolous filing (among others), I wonder how many of the Justices will continue to view OSG, in contrast with the rest of DOJ, as a credible litigating division.

I haven't uploaded OSG to any sites other than AO3 for a reason. I haven't shared any epub or PDF versions of it for a reason. To quote Sparky, "my reasons are my own", and I'm sorry if that upsets anyone. Again, I don't mind if people share amongst themselves or friends!

Yeah. It's odd to use the formulation here because it is talking about the record. Usually, I see it when OSG says something like "this Office is informed that this issue impacts in 500 pending applications at DHS" or "this Office is informed this issue impacts $50 billion in gov't spending."
