We will be closed this Friday, January 23rd as we participate in the General Strike opposing ICE occupation in our cities, particularly the brutality we are seeing in Minnesota.

Wellness of the self requires wellness of systems. And we are not well.
Freedom. No work, no school, no shopping for those who can. A hit against one of us is a hit against all of us. ICE and CBP, left to their own sense of authority, will not leave our cities voluntarily and continue to terrorize the cities left in their wake before Minneapolis. We believe in sanctuary for all, an immediate stop to the bombardment of local jurisdictions in an attempt to overpower and dismantle the human rights of people residing in ourcommunities, documented or undocumented, citizen or not, as protected under the Constitution of the United States. I hate the #GoodJOBS.LIE SO much. And how can SO many, perhaps even well meaning locals - in addition to the #CROOKS&LIARS - SELL [short] #OURCommunities for 25 jobs, 150 jobs, even 400 jobs. It's NOTHING - not nothing to the family who gets a job - but what? LESS THAN 1% of local populations?
