The case where it gets fuzzy: long-lived sessions. Anything that authenticates once and then holds a connection open (a tunnel, a DB session) needs the revoke pushed into it too, or the door is shut but the room is still occupied.

And the cuts kept coming: by January of this year, the building I'd worked in — one of their four in Toronto at the height of things — had contracted down to just one of the three floors they'd previously occupied, and now even that's gone.
