OMG its eyes really ARE that far apart! LOL!! flatfishes & the various positions their eyes wind up in are so fascinating. This is a C-O sole, which went for the "eyes really close together & also sticking up" option. they are in my "ridiculously cute fish" category

Personally I'm relieved. I think that OceanLight as conceived was a way to make things work for Pacifica parents at the expense of the county as a whole, and they basically admitted it.
They know Pacifica literally cannot accommodate this school.

The over-allotment closing is expected on August 24, 2026, subject to customary conditions.Each unit comprises one ordinary share, one right to receive one-fourth of one ordinary share upon completion of the initial business combination, and one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant allows purchase of one ordinary share at an exercise price of $11.50, subject to adjustment.
