Musikkfestival avlyst i Santa Monica
Festivalen Ocean Way Festival, som skulle vært arrangert 26.–27. september i California, er avlyst. Det melder AFP. Kraftige bølger etter orkanen Marie og store mengder regn har ført til at den berømte stranden i Santa Monica er vasket bort. Myndighetene i Santa Monica sier at det ikke er trygt å ha arrangementer på stranden. The Killers, Olivia Dean er Jack White blant de som skulle opptrådt på festivalen. Avlysningen kommer få dager etter at det ble kjent at bølgene hadde ført til et stort synkehull på eiendommen til filmstjernen Nicolas Cage.
