One of my favourite views of Morpeth in Northumberland – 'Oldgate Bridge', pictured spanning the River Wansbeck in glorious May sunshine. It dates from 1963, replacing a much older bridge which was damaged during floods.

Awesomest Female Space Marine: Sergeant on an Azure Raptor. Pastel blue Azure Raptors sergeant shouting as she just loves riding her big, blue cyber-lizard, GLaDOSaurus. The graffiti and trash-filled alley in Oldgate, down in the Necromunda Underhive. Ten Female Space Marines of the Mentor Legion, armour scuffed from fighting dicks who say 'you're not real'. The mini I most enjoyed painting this year, Tod, the fox rogue from Fenris Games. He's just a cute little sneaky guy with a stabby little sword, painted purely for fun.

I'm Tammi, I'm a veteran gamer and modeller with a particular love for Necromunda.
I'm currently making some new Female Space Marines for 40K, and I'm the one that brought light to the Underhive.

I have finished well over a hundred Necromunda gangers this year, and eight Zone Mortalis scenery tiles, with lots of spare parts for future projects.
The bit I still think is cool is Oldgate Market, with LED-lit container shops.

There is huge scope for making and personalising your own gangs, and you can play single games or in-depth campaigns.

Downside, there are a lot of faction books - but you can play with the basic set, there's plenty there.

The gun shop in Oldgate Market. Get your significant other a gift in a variety of calibres. Stop by the food stall for a rack of ribs or a kebab. For a few credits more, they'll tell you what animal it is. The Oldgate bar has drinks from all over the sector. Some of it is even alcohol. If your date goes wrong, or right, we're not judging, there's always the auto-doc. He's old, and he's rusty, but maybe you're into that?

Remember when Trump promoted for years a conspiracy theory that Obama was born in Kenya and then one day he went "I'm done with this"? Remember when the press just moved on as well and never brings it up ever again?

I don't know what will get them to move on from this, but I hope it comes soon.

Looking up Oldgate in Northumberland's historic market town of Morpeth. Dominating the street is the Grade II listed C17th Clock Tower, but which incorporates stone from a much earlier medieval building. The landmark at one time served as a lockup.
