Probably the Olivetti M19. It had CGA graphics. We played Frogger on it and I didn't know any controls other than forward. I managed to get to level 5 just with that key.

The only inkjet I had literally go up in flames was an early Olivetti that was deliberately designed to dump ink into it's own internal mains power supply during purging cycles.
Needless to say, I never bought another Olivetti after that. 🔥

You all might maybe be aware that the HARDWARE for digital preservation is retained and preserved at the Library of Congress, Washington DC. There you will find such glories as an Olivetti wordprocessing machine, 8" and 12" discs and the machinery to run them. Life before 3.5" and 5.25" floppies!
